There could be various reasons where you have invoices with outstanding payments. In SlickPie, the option of Payment Reminder is not only a good way of getting paid on time and keeping your books organized but also a great way of maintaining a good relationship with your customers.
Turning On/ Off the Payment Reminders
1. Go to Company.
2. Click Payment Reminders.
3. Click Start Reminders.
4. Once the payment reminder is on, your customer will receive 3 emails at regular intervals.
Anytime you want to stop the reminders, follow the steps as mentioned above and click Stop Reminders.
